Could anybody fill in the gaps and details, and if possible, does anyone know when it was first shown, it’s title, it’s director, and if it is an international clip? Maybe what the music is?

I’m going to start learning "River Flows In You" tomorrow and I was hoping to get some opinions on how to approach it and piano music in general.
So, how do YOU learn a song?
-Measure by measure with both hands?
-Right hand then left hand, then combine the two
-Or another?
